Warranty Period

All Zeilako products are covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase. Once you receive your product, you can register the warranty. During this period, we will provide warranty service for products covered by the warranty. (Please refer to the warranty process below)

Warranty Coverage

Including but not limited to: Water leakage, poor touch control, panel does not display / display confusion, does not start, does not dehumidify, knocked, scratched.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

(1) Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to misuse or improper use.

(2) Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or accidents.

(3) Failure to provide sufficient proof of purchase.

(4) Free products (such as test products, user program promotional products, etc.).

(5) Warranty period exceeded or exceeded replacement limit.

Ensure that you provide a valid purchase certificate, such as the order number from an official channel, along with a detailed description of the problem, and any supporting materials like photos or videos.

3.Our professional Zeilako customer service team will contact you within 1-2 working days to provide a solution.

The compensation amount specified in this warranty policy shall not exceed the actual purchase value of the product. The warranty policy may be adjusted based on legal regulations, company policies, and product updates.

Please note that this warranty policy applies only to products purchased through the official Zeilako Amazon channel, and products purchased through other sales channels are not covered by this warranty policy. Zeilako reserves the right to interpret and modify this warranty policy.
